How the weeks are filled

  • Today's bank balance comes from your ledger, carried from the last close to this week.
  • Every week you have not typed is suggested in grey. Collections and supplier payments follow the days your customers and suppliers actually take, with VAT included.
  • Payroll lands on payday, rent on its cycle, VAT on the filing date and zakat when it is due.
  • Type over any figure and yours wins.

Stay above your minimum

  1. Open Assumptions to see how it is built: collection and payment days, VAT filing, payroll day and how often rent is paid. Change one and the weeks follow.
  2. Set a minimum cash, or keep the suggested one. If a week drops below it, the warning says which week, how deep and what to do before then.
  3. What if shows cases side by side: customers paying fifteen days later, sales twenty percent lower, or suppliers paid later.
  4. When a week ends, enter its actuals; accuracy scores the forecast against what happened. The cash report puts it on one page.

Questions

Do I have to type every week?

No. The suggestions fill the sheet; you type only where you know better.
