Start a diagnosis
- Open New diagnosis and choose the purpose first: internal management, bank financing, investment, or a pre-approval reading for boards. The purpose decides what is computed, what is said and who the report is written for.
- Upload the last two years' statements as PDF. Scanned files are fine. The company name and the years are read from the header for you.
- Pick the sector, which sets the benchmarks, and add the headcount if you like. The summary at the side shows what is still missing.
- Press Start. The diagnosis reads your files, checks that the statements balance and scores them. It takes about five minutes, and we email you when it is ready.
Read the result
- The health score out of 100 with its grade, your top strength and the first action to take.
- The heat map scores ten axes, from revenue quality to operational efficiency, weighted for your purpose, with the top three actions.
- Each axis set against the sector median, and a strategic verdict in plain words, with every figure taken from your own statements.
- The four statements, your place among listed peers in your sector, a three-scenario forecast and what changed since your last diagnosis.
- A what-if simulator, for example collecting thirty days faster, and recommendations with cause, impact and timeline.

Questions
Is the first diagnosis free?
Yes. The free diagnosis shows your score before you register; the full ten-axis report opens with one registration. Further reports are available singly or in packs of 3, 10 or 25.
Which files work best?
The approved PDF statements, audited where possible: income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for two years. Photos of pages read less reliably.
