The overview

Five checks, from the trial balance to the statements, each with its status. At the top: the estimated zakat, the zakat base, the trial balance and the items waiting for your decision, with Nabd's next step.

Step by step

  1. Trial balance: live from your accounting system. Filter to suspense accounts or debit or credit balances, search any account and download it as a spreadsheet. Clear any clearing account that still holds a balance.
  2. Zakat schedule: follows the regulation article by article, with equity and its equivalents, the profit adjustment, the deductions and the liabilities added. Choose the zakat year and copy the whole schedule in one click.
  3. Financial statements: pick a month, a quarter or the year and assemble them. The income statement and the statement of financial position are built from your trial balance, checked to balance, and downloadable in Arabic or English.
  4. Judgment queue: every account that needs your decision is listed. Nothing is placed by guesswork.
Good to know

The zakat figure is a monitoring estimate. The final filing needs an approved review.
