Connect your system

1. Open Data & connections. Every supported system is listed: Odoo, Qoyod, Wafeq, Daftra, Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks and more.
2. Pick your system. Its credential box opens with a note on where to find each detail, such as the site address and API key.
3. Press Connect. The connection only reads; nothing is ever written to your books.
4. The months to pull are set for you: the last two years and this year to date. Change From or To if you need a different window.

Structure and account map

1. Import from ledger brings in your departments and cost centres.
2. Open Accounts and map. Every account comes with a suggested classification; the ones that need you are counted.
3. Give a cost centre where one is missing, and set clearing accounts to Not included so they never enter your figures.
4. Press Apply. The map is saved and every figure flows through it into your profit and loss and balance sheet history.

Check and keep in sync

• The trial balance shows opening balance, debits, credits and closing balance for the window you pulled.
• Sync now brings in the new months whenever you need them.
• If your budget was frozen before a connection, Re-base budget rebuilds it on the current data and keeps the previous version.
• Disconnect removes only the stored login. Your approved map and everything already synced are kept.
